Innov8av is a certified Savant integrator serving all of Los Angeles County — installation, programming, service, repair and system takeover under one licensed team (CA ACO 7755, C-10).
Innov8av installs and programs Savant systems — Savant Pro remotes, host controllers, Savant Power modules, lighting, shades, climate, distributed AV and single-app luxury control. We add devices, rebuild scenes, and integrate Savant with security, cameras and networking.
We service and repair Savant systems whether we installed them or not. Common issues we resolve:
Send a photo of the equipment or the error and we will tell you if it is a quick fix, a part, or a redesign — before we roll a truck.
Savant, like Control4, requires an authorized integrator to program. If your Savant dealer stopped responding, Innov8av can take over the system, become your point of support and keep it running — a very common request for luxury LA estates whose original installer moved on.
Savant is a luxury, authorization-gated platform. Innov8av is Savant-authorized and licensed (ACO 7755, C-10), so estate clients get discreet, single-team service across automation, power, security and AV.

The next step
This is one of the most common calls we get, and it is fixable far more often than owners expect. Tell us what is not working and what brand of processor is in the rack. Text is usually fastest, and a photo of the equipment front tells us more than a paragraph. If the fix is something you can do in five minutes, we will just tell you how.
What has stopped working, when it started, and who installed it originally if you know. Send a photo of the rack. About ten minutes.
We find out what is actually there, whether the programming file exists, and what it would take to get you back in control of your own system. You get the honest answer even when it is inconvenient.
Repair, take over as-is, or replace the parts that are genuinely past it. Often it is a network or a licence problem rather than hardware. Nobody arrives with a contract.
“My installer disappeared and I have no passwords. Is the system recoverable?”
Usually yes. Orphaned systems are a routine call for us. Even where the original programming file is gone, the system can normally be brought back under your control — and the first thing we do afterwards is make sure you hold the credentials, not us.
“Will you take on a system you did not install?”
Yes. That is a large part of what we do — see system takeover and service and repair. Tell us the brand on the front of the processor and we can usually say on the phone whether it will be straightforward.
“Will you talk to my architect, designer or builder directly?”
Yes, and the earlier the better. If the walls are still open we can agree conduit runs, back-boxes and keypad positions with your team rather than working around decisions already made. Put us on the email thread and we will answer in writing.
“I do not want visible boxes and keypads everywhere.”
Neither do we. Equipment belongs in a rack in a closet, not on a wall you look at. Keypad count is something we argue down, not up, and we will show you where each one goes before anything is cut.
“Do I have to replace everything I already have?”
Usually not. Existing wiring, speakers, shades and in some cases the processors can stay. Send us a photo of the rack and the front of the equipment and we will tell you what is worth keeping before we visit.
“How much is this going to be?”
Savant is priced by the number of rooms and by what each room has to do, not by a package, so an honest number needs a walk-through. The visit is free and you get a written scope naming actual equipment before you commit to anything. See the cost calculator for a starting range.
“Who answers the phone in year three?”
The same number you called first. We service what we install, and we take on systems other companies walked away from — which is exactly why we get called about them. Ask us this on the first call; it is a fair question and most people forget to ask it.
“I just want it working. I do not want a sales pitch.”
Then that is what you get. Fixing what you have and buying something new are two separate conversations and we do not staple them together. If the honest answer is that it needs one part and an afternoon, that is what we will tell you.
