My DoorBird works but the gate stops opening — is that the intercom?
Usually not the station itself. The most common causes are the relay wiring to the gate operator, a loose connection at the operator’s open input, a PoE switch that browned out, or a gate operator fault that has nothing to do with DoorBird. We test the relay output, the operator input and the power path in that order before replacing anything.
