Our work

What Innov8av does with ClareVision

Innov8av installs and services ClareVision surveillance — IP cameras, NVRs, the ClareVision Plus app and integration with ClareOne panels. We restore remote viewing, replace drives and cameras, fix motion and notifications, and expand coverage.

Service & repair

ClareVision problems we fix

We service and repair ClareVision systems whether we installed them or not. Common issues we resolve:

  • ClareVision Plus app not connecting or cameras offline
  • NVR unreachable, recording gaps, or a failed hard drive
  • Cameras with black image or failed night vision
  • Motion detection or push notifications not working
  • ClareOne panel / automation integration broken
  • Firmware updates and re-provisioning after a router change
  • Expanding an existing ClareVision system

Send a photo of the equipment or the error and we will tell you if it is a quick fix, a part, or a redesign — before we roll a truck.

Dealer left?

Orphaned ClareVision system? We adopt it.

ClareVision systems installed by a dealer who's since disappeared often lose remote access and integration with the ClareOne panel. Innov8av takes over the system, restores the ClareVision Plus app, re-establishes ClareOne integration and supports it — you keep your cameras and recorder.

Why us

Why a licensed integrator for ClareVision

ClareVision blends security cameras with smart-home control through ClareOne — servicing it right means understanding both. Innov8av carries the low-voltage and automation expertise plus a C-10 license and ACO 7755 to handle cameras, network and panel as one system.

How service works

Servicing ClareVision when the original dealer is gone

ClareVision is a Snap One brand (formerly Clare Controls); its cameras and NVRs are NDAA-compliant, ETL-listed and built on Hikvision-based OEM hardware. Two things decide how a ClareVision service call goes in Los Angeles:

  • The hardware. Because the cameras and recorders are standard IP / PoE devices underneath, a licensed low-voltage technician can resolve most real-world failures with no dealer login at all — dead PoE ports, a failed or full NVR drive, IP-address conflicts, a camera that needs a local password reset (Hikvision-based ClareVision units respond to the standard SADP device tool), cabling faults, or firmware that stalled after a router change.
  • The cloud account. ClareVision Plus and the ClareOne integration are tied to the dealer account the system was first claimed under. Full remote management transfers cleanly once the original dealer releases the site — a request we help you make. Until then we service everything on the local network directly, so you are never stuck waiting.

That split is why an orphaned ClareVision system is rarely a write-off. Innov8av services and takes over ClareVision as a licensed independent integrator (C-10, ACO 7755, since 2016) — we restore local recording and remote viewing, replace drives and cameras, and coordinate the account release so you keep the equipment you already own.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

My ClareVision Plus app won't connect to my cameras — can you fix it?

Yes. We diagnose the NVR, network path and app provisioning, restore remote viewing and re-add any dropped cameras.

Can you service a ClareVision NVR with recording problems?

Yes — we replace failed or full drives, recover configuration, and restore continuous, reliable recording.

Do you integrate ClareVision with a ClareOne panel?

Yes — we restore or build ClareVision-to-ClareOne integration so cameras and automation work together from one app.

Can you take over a ClareVision system from a dealer who's gone?

Yes. Adopting orphaned ClareVision systems, restoring access and supporting them is routine for us across LA.

Are you licensed to install and service ClareVision in California?

Yes — Innov8av holds a C-10 license and ACO 7755, serving LA County since 2016, rated 5.0/5.

Who repairs ClareVision cameras in Los Angeles?

Innov8av does — a licensed low-voltage integrator (C-10, ACO 7755) that services ClareVision whether or not we installed it. Because ClareVision is Hikvision-based OEM hardware, we fix most failures on the local network without a dealer login: dead PoE ports, failed NVR drives, IP conflicts, camera password resets and cabling.

My ClareVision installer disappeared and I'm locked out — can you still help?

Yes. We service the system locally right away and, in parallel, help you request that the original dealer release the site so ClareVision Plus and ClareOne remote management transfer cleanly. You keep your cameras and recorder.

Do I need an authorized Snap One dealer to fix ClareVision?

Only for factory warranty replacement and cloud account transfer, which require the original dealer to release the site. Everything else — PoE, NVR drives, IP conflicts, password resets via the SADP tool, cabling and re-provisioning — a licensed independent integrator like Innov8av can service directly.

Are ClareVision cameras just rebranded Hikvision?

ClareVision is a Snap One line built on Hikvision-based OEM hardware, NDAA-compliant and ETL-listed. That's good news for service: a competent IP-camera technician can diagnose and repair them with standard tools instead of proprietary equipment.
