Innov8av is a certified 2GIG integrator serving all of Los Angeles County — installation, programming, service, repair and system takeover under one licensed team (CA ACO 7755, C-10).
Innov8av services 2GIG GC2, GC3 and Edge alarm panels — sensors, image sensors, cellular communicators and Alarm.com connectivity. We add zones, replace panels and sensors, tune sensitivity, and take over monitoring accounts locked by a previous company.
We service and repair 2GIG systems whether we installed them or not. Common issues we resolve:
Send a photo of the equipment or the error and we will tell you if it is a quick fix, a part, or a redesign — before we roll a truck.
Like Qolsys, 2GIG panels are frequently "orphaned" when the installing company disappears or won't release the Alarm.com account. Innov8av takes over 2GIG systems across LA — we recover the installer code, transfer Alarm.com to you, and provide monitoring, all without replacing hardware you already paid for.
Innov8av is a licensed alarm operator (ACO 7755) and Alarm.com provider, so we can legally service and monitor any 2GIG system in Los Angeles County — UL-listed 24/7 monitoring from $24.99/month, cellular backup, equipment you own.

Yes — we can upgrade GC2 to GC3 or Edge, or migrate to a Qolsys IQ Panel 4, reusing compatible sensors where possible and quoting reuse vs. replace line by line.
Yes — Innov8av holds ACO 7755, is insured and bonded, and has served LA County since 2016, rated 5.0/5.
Yes. 2GIG GC2, GC3 and Edge panels run on Alarm.com, so a takeover keeps your panel, every sensor and Z-Wave device exactly as programmed — we move the Alarm.com service account, not the hardware. Monitoring is month-to-month from $24.99, no long-term contract.
Your current provider releases (unregisters) the panel's cellular communicator IMEI, then we register it to our Alarm.com dealer account and restore your app login. If they will not do a straight dealer transfer, they close the account to release the IMEI. A monitoring-only switch usually needs no truck roll.
If the previous company changed it off the default (often 1561 or 2561 on 2GIG), we recover it or perform a factory-default reset during takeover — you don't need to track down your old installer.
Older 2GIG GC2 panels on 3G radios need a 4G LTE communicator upgrade to stay online. We supply and install the LTE module as part of the takeover so the panel keeps reporting to Alarm.com.
